We accept returns on eligible, non-customized items within 7 days of the order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping and must ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Items damaged in return shipping will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:

  • Customized or prescription eyewear frames

  • Custom-built shotguns or firearm components

  • Any item marked as Final Sale
