This product is custom-made to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. All prescription details must be provided by contacting us directly at tirosportscanada.ca@gmail.com. We will send you a form to complete and submit your prescription before we begin processing your order. Polarized lenses can also be customized with prescription—just mention it when you email us.
